2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

A. After being appointed as a patrol officer on September 4, 199, the Plaintiff promoted to be reduced on June 30, 2015. From January 26, 2016 to June 22, 2017, the Plaintiff served as the B police station patrol officer.

On July 21, 2017, the Defendant issued a disciplinary measure, such as demotion, against the Plaintiff pursuant to Article 78(1)1 through 3 of the State Public Officials Act on the grounds that the Plaintiff violated Articles 56 (Duty of Good Faith), 57 (Duty of Reinstatement), and 63 of the State Public Officials Act due to the following grounds (hereinafter “instant disciplinary measure”).
