However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On August 8, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 3 million for the crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Jeonju District Court on August 8, 2012, and was sentenced to a fine of KRW 2 million for the same crime at the Seoul Southern District Court on April 12, 2016, and had been sentenced to a fine of KRW 2 million or more for the same crime, but on March 2, 2019, the Defendant driven a vehicle of approximately 3 km from around 02:30 meters to the same day from the day before the day of the intercomponing restaurant in Yangyang-gu, Yangyang-gu to the front day of the same Gu B at around 03:0 on the same day.
