On January 1, 2011, when a telephone call was made with a victim from early 2011, the Defendant sent the victim the same attitude to the effect that “I will not receive the phone,? I will see why I will see? I will we see how you will not receive the phone.” If the victim avoid the Defendant in the future or does not respond to his request, I put the victim at a disadvantage. The victim was fright on the Defendant’s attitude.

Since then, around March 201, the Defendant demanded advertising expenses to the victim, who is frighten, to read “C creative commemorative day advertisement” one time, and accordingly, demand advertising expenses to the victim.
