If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

1. On November 2, 2010, the defendant extended a loan of 750,000 won (one million won per principal and 2.50,000 won per annum) on the condition that a person who intends to operate a credit business without registration shall register his/her credit business with the competent administrative agency.

4. A loan of 750,000 won (one million won in advance and 2.50,000 won in advance) was made on condition that D repays one million won after a month to D, and was engaged in credit business without being registered with the competent authority two times in total.

2.In the event that an unregistered credit service provider lends a loan in excess of the interest rate, the interest exceeding 30% per annum, which is the interest rate provided for in the Interest Limitation Act, cannot be received;

A. On November 2, 2010, the Defendant loaned 7,50,000 won (one million won in advance and 2,50,000 won in advance) to D and received 405.2% interest per annum.

B. On November 4, 2010, the Defendant leased KRW 7,50,000 (one million to one million to two hundred and fifty thousand won to two hundred and fifty thousand won to the principal) and received a payment of interest at the rate of KRW 405.2% per annum.

3. No debt collector who violates the Fair Collection of Claims Act shall assault, threaten, arrest or detain a debtor or his/her related person in connection with debt collection, or use a deceptive scheme or force against him/her;

Nevertheless, on the ground that the Defendant does not pay the loans that the obligor D has received as provided in the preceding paragraph:

A. On December 22, 201, around 22:00, assaulting the victim at home of the victim D (n, 47 years of age) of Jung-gu, Busan, about the head, chest, etc. of the victim;

B. On January 1, 2012, around 14:00, at the “Groto sales store” in the Jung-gu Busan Metropolitan Government FFD’s “Groto sales store”, the victim is the victim by taking the victim’s head.
