[Defendant A] The defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the above sentence shall be executed for two years from the date of the final judgment.
Punishment of the crime
[2014 Highest 328] Defendants are not narcotics handlers.
1. On April 2, 2014, Defendant A was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for one year for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc., and the said judgment became final and conclusive on November 28, 201.
On May 2013, the Defendant violated the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (flag) purchased approximately KRW 0.07 g of merspises (copon; hereinafter “copon”) from a person in danger of disaster from the ultracheon-si Scopon on a copon and administered copon in a copon by dilution with the aforesaid copon in the Defendant’s E-mail car parked in the D apartment parking lot in the Chungcheongnam-nam Red-gun Scopon around that time.
B. On September 7, 2013, the injured Defendant: (a) around 15:40 on Sep. 7, 2013, on the ground that the victim G (n, 49 years of age) living together in the H cafeteria where the victim G (n, the 49 years of age) was living in the H cafeteria, and the victim was living in the house, and due to drinking and so on, the victim was suffering from a multi-facelion that requires approximately two weeks of treatment.
2. Defendant B
A. On September 18, 2013, the Defendant sold approximately KRW 0.2g 200,000 to J at the parking lot of the building I in Chungcheongnam-nam Budget-gun, Chungcheongnam-do.
B. On October 1, 2013, the Defendant sold approximately KRW 0.35g 40,000 of phiphonephones to J at the parking lot of the building I in Chungcheongnam-nam Budget-gun, Chungcheongnam-do.
C. At around 21:00 on May 12, 2014, the Defendant received approximately 0.15 ghopon from K at the bottom of the water station adjacent to the water station located in the Sinsan-dong, Suwon-si. D.
At around 23:00 on May 12, 2014, the Defendant injected approximately 0.05 g of philophones into his arms by dilution them with water at the fluor’s sulphurine located in Ansan-dong.
E. On May 13, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 13:45 on May 13, 2014; (b) approximately 0.118g of philophonephones accumulated on a white paper before the cash payment machine located in the Seoul Metropolitan City Eup-Myeon.
