A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime
On May 25, 2006, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. at the Seoul Eastern District Court on June 5, 2008, sentenced to one year and two months of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. at the same court on June 5, 2008, and on October 12, 2012, on October 12, 2012, the same court sentenced one year and six months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, and completed the execution in

Accordingly, the defendant habitually destroyed a part of the door or structure and intruded into a structure at night, thereby thefting the victims' property amounting to KRW 21,028,000.

On November 28, 2014, the Defendant violated the Fraud and the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act: (a) purchased net gold 2,150,000 won equivalent to the market price at H operated by the victim G in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Jung-gu; (b) presented a stolen national card under the I’s name; and (c) signed a sales slip.
Accordingly, the defendant, by deceiving the victim, used the stolen credit card.
