대여금
1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 100,00,000, out of KRW 197,808,219 and the said amount, from November 27, 2014 to the date of full payment.
1. On December 15, 2010, the Plaintiff indicated the claim and lent KRW 100,000 to the sound tree Solar Ltd. by the due date until December 30, 2010, and at 25% per annum of interest on delay, the Defendant guaranteed the above obligation.
Therefore, according to the above joint and several guarantee agreement, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff interest for delay calculated by the rate of 25% per annum from November 27, 2014 to November 26, 2014, which is the sum of 97,808,219 won for interest, plus 197,808,219 won for interest and the amount of 100 million won for interest, calculated by the rate of 25% per annum from November 27, 2014 to the date of full payment.
