A. A. On March 2, 2009, the Defendant against the victim D, E, F, and G stated that “A” is conducting the Cheongju Factory Extension Project at the Da Office located in Ansan-gu, Ansan-gu, Busan-gu, the Defendant’s operation (hereinafter referred to as “I” in this case, and all other companies also omitted the name of “stock company”) and the victim D is required to pay the cost of construction KRW 253 million after the completion of the work.”

However, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to pay the construction cost even if he did not perform the above electrical construction work.

Nevertheless, the Defendant made the above false statement to D, and caused D to complete the above electrical construction subcontracted by the Defendant, while not paying the construction cost of KRW 253 million to it, thereby acquiring property profits equivalent to the same amount.

In addition, from around that time to August 20, 2010, the Defendant, as shown in the attached Table 1, by deceiving victims D, E, F, and G on four occasions, respectively, and acquired pecuniary benefits.

B. On November 201, 2010, the Defendant against the victim L said that “The Defendant would complete the remodeling of N’s dormitory (renovation) construction work by paying the victim L a construction cost of KRW 253 million by paying the cost of construction to the victim L at the G’s chemical factory office located in M at the end of the end of November 2010.”

However, even if the defendant receives the construction price from L, he did not have any intention or ability to complete the remodeling of the said dormitory.

Nevertheless, the Defendant said false statement to L, which received KRW 176 million from L as the payment for construction work around December 6, 2010.

C. On August 2, 2010, the Defendant against the victimO paid the amount of KRW 4550,5500,000 to theO from the victim’s Q factory office located in Pyeongtaek-si P, by the end of September 15, 2010.
