A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime
1. No person who smokes marijuana shall smoke it;

E. On December 2016, the Defendant was parked in front of I in Busan Southern-gu, Busan-do around 20:00.
In F’s car, marijuana was smoked in such a way as to inhale the smoke by attaching it to the tobacco pipe containing the infancy marijuana together with F.
2. No person who trades marijuana shall trade it;
