Loans extended on December 15, 2005 to the Defendant by the Plaintiff indicating the claim (principal amounting to KRW 20 million, interest KRW 10 million, and three months after the due date for payment) (the conciliation was concluded between the Plaintiff and C) (Article 208(3)2 and Article 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act).
