On August 9, 2018, the Defendant driven a B B B car under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.113% at the 1km section from around 00:32 to around 10, 2018, on the road where it is impossible to know the Jyangdong site in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City.
