A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.
However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of five years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is between the victim D(n, 48 years old) and the legal couple, and the victim E(48 years old) is a person who has a relationship with the above D.
1. On August 8, 2017, at around 22:00, the Defendant: (a) committed assaulting the victim D at the Defendant’s residence located in the Gandong-gun, Gandong-gun, to force the victim D to enter into an internal relationship; (b) the victim’s telegraph by drinking and launchings; (c) the victim’s head debt is attached to the E house; (d) the victim’s head debt is attached to the horse; and (e) the Defendant forced the victim to board the Defendant’s car; and (e) the Defendant inflicted injury on the victim, such as the 5-day upper frame of the left-hand part, which requires approximately 4 weeks medical treatment.

The defective "E" shall be discarded if the house of the E is not cut off.
The term “contributing” means “contributing a dangerous object (21cm in length, 42cm in length) with the left hand and making the end part of the contributing toward the face of the victim, and led the victim’s head to the sole hand.
After all, the Defendant carried dangerous objects and assaulted the victim.
3. When the Defendant became aware of the fact that wife D and the victim E were in an internal relationship with each other as described in paragraph 1, he tried to kill the victim with knife by spraying it.
