(Criminal) On September 18, 2002, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment with prison labor for violating the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes in Busan District Court. On January 29, 2004, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc. (Larceny). On September 23, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor for the night-time building intrusion larceny in the leisure branch of the Suwon District Court. On September 15, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment with prison labor in the Suwon District Court due to night-entry larceny, etc. and completed the execution of the sentence in the Suwon Prison Prison on December 18, 2018.

(2019No. 596) On May 20, 2019, the Defendant: (a) opened a steering door with the victim’s “D” parking lot in EK5 car parkeded by the victim’s C on May 20, 2019; and (b) stolen the victim’s vehicle with KRW 1,562,00, cash, and KRW 70,000, the market price of EK5 car parked.

(2019 order 1150) Defendant has been sentenced to imprisonment not less than three times due to larceny, etc. but has committed larceny during the period of repeated crime as follows.

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes by thief;

A. At around 02:50 on June 5, 2019, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft by taking out KRW 7,450 (7,450) from the Defendant’s possession of the victim G, which was parked in the area, on the top of the top window opened for the H PPP car, which was located in the area, into the lower part of the Plaintiff’s G.

B. At around 18:40 on June 9, 2019, the Defendant: (a) cut off a 50,000 square meter, which was kept in the custody of the interior tools inside the Bapole, owned by the victim K, parked in the area; and (b) cut off one iron moner equivalent to KRW 20,000 in the market value.

C. On June 9, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 20:11, at the Nwaow parking lot located in Gyeong-si, Chungcheongnam-si; (b) around 20:11, the part of the backline, the right-hand corner, the victim’s O located in the place, shall be left back.
