【Criminal Power” On April 1, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, in the Seoul Northern District Court, and was sentenced to four years of imprisonment for the same crime at the Daegu High Court on October 18, 2012, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Daegu Prison on March 25, 2016. On June 17, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for the same crime at the Seoul Northern District Court and completed the execution of the sentence in the racing Prison on April 25, 2018.

【Criminal Facts】

1. Violation of the Aggravated Punishment Act;

A. On July 2018, the Defendant: (a) discovered that the entrance of the above church was opened; (b) attempted to steals goods; and (c) went into five-story offices through the window of the office which was opened up through stairs and opened up on the rooftop; and (d) went into five-story offices through one typists in the market value of KRW 50,000, market value of KRW 50,000.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the building managed by the victim at night, and stolen the victim's property.

B. On September 12, 2018, the Defendant: (a) discovered that the entrance was opened; (b) intruded into the above building; (c) opened up the second floor through the stairs; and (d) opened up the victim F on September 12, 2018; and (d) up to 170,000 won in cash from the Handbane where the victim F is on his/her own initiative; (b) one wall equivalent to 40,000 won in the market price containing a check card; (c) 20,000 won in cash from the handbags where the victim G is on his/her own interest; and (d) 50,000 won in cash from the market price containing the Handbags where the victim H was on his/her own interest; and (d) 12,000 won in cash from the handbags where the victim H was on his/her own interest; and (d) 100,000 won in cash from the market price of the victim.
