1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 74,50,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from March 20, 2016 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Judgment by public notice of applicable provisions of law (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act): Provided, That since the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings are amended by Presidential Decree No. 26553, Oct. 1, 2015 to 15% per annum, the part on delay damages in the Plaintiff’s claim shall be partially dismissed.
