On July 12, 2013, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 5 million due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving), etc. in the Gwangju District Court’s Netcheon Branch on July 12, 2013. On May 20, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 8 million due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) in the same court.

On February 11, 2018, the Defendant driven Dsch Rexton vehicles under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.11% from the 1.5km to the spoke distance from the front of the insular restaurant located in the spondal 72, spoke-si, Yongsung-gun, the Namsung-gun, the Namcheon-gun, the Dok-si, the Dok-si, the Dok-si, the Dok-si, the Republic of Korea, at approximately 1.5km.

As a result, the Defendant was a person who had a driving force under drinking not less than twice, and was driving a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol again.
