If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

1. No person who fails to make a registration of a driving school violating the Road Traffic Act shall display or advertise a trade name using the name similar to that of a driving school, etc., and shall conduct the driving education for automobiles, etc. in return for a consideration;

Nevertheless, at around 11:00 on September 5, 2013, the Defendant, without registering a driving school, advertised C with the name of “D Driving Schools and 10,000 won for 10 hours and 2.50,000 won for Dobong-dong 611-1, Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.” From September 15, 2013, the Defendant received 320,000 won for tuition fees from C in the offset zone of Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, and provided a driving education using E-A-to-faced vehicle.

2. On September 12, 2013, the Defendant violated the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (Indecent Act by compulsion) committed an indecent act by force on the part of the victim C by his/her hand while providing driving education to the victim C within the E-Wlter-Wlter-Wlon car set up in the Dobong apartment parking lot in Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu.

On September 13, 2013, while the Defendant provided driving training to the victim C in the car above the o'clock on September 13, 2013, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force by deceiving the victim's bucks.

On September 14, 2013, when the Defendant provided driving training to the victim C in the car above the car above the o'clock on September 14, 2013, the Defendant committed an indecent act by coercioning the victim’s face to meet the victim’s bucks and to get off the car.

On September 15, 2013, while the Defendant provided driving training to the victim C in the car above the o'clock on September 15, 2013, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim by stating that the victim "I son" and "kis kis kis kis kis kis kis."
