1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 14,863,210 and KRW 14,025,582 from April 13, 2019 to the day of full payment.
1. On June 13, 2017, the Plaintiff entered into a car lease agreement (vehicle number E, monthly rent of KRW 1,207,100, and overdue interest rate of KRW 24%) with the Defendant’s joint and several surety, and thereafter, the lease agreement was terminated on October 11, 2018 due to the overdue interest of the Plaintiff Company D. The Plaintiff filed against the Defendant, a joint and several surety, a claim for delayed payment of the accrued interest at the rate of KRW 14,863,210 (principal interest + KRW 14,025,582 + KRW 837,628) as of April 13, 2019 against the Defendant, a joint and several surety.
