Examining the evidence duly adopted and examined by the lower court and the first instance court, the lower court’s reasoning was somewhat inappropriate, but the lower court’s conclusion that found the Defendant guilty of the instant facts charged is justifiable.

In so doing, the lower court did not err by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence against logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending the legal doctrine on a person who administers another’s business in the course of occupational breach of trust, or by misapprehending

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
