A. From January 29, 2015 to the Plaintiff (Appointed) KRW 2,455,00 and its related thereto:

Reasons
1. The plaintiff (appointed party) and the appointed party are providing labor under the employment of the defendant who is engaged in the business of manufacturing the components of the vessel.
Although the defendant retired from office, the defendant did not pay the same wages as the written order to the plaintiff (appointed party) and the appointed party respectively.
2. Articles 208 (3) 2 and 150 (3) and (1) of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts.
