1. From April 7, 2018 to 08:00 on the following day, Defendant C, D, E, F, and G: (a) from around 23:00 on April 7, 2018, the Defendants received four copies of each, using card 52, and exchanged a card with at least KRW 1:2 to 1,00 to 1,00 in the order of order; (b) ultimately, the Defendants ambathd a 300 credit card with a non-satis or a low number of card.

2. Defendant I, H, J I, and H received commission from those who gambling as above at the time and place specified in paragraph (1) to lend or withdraw cash used for gambling money. Defendant J aided and abetted the gambling by way of gambling and receiving a high value of the heart value of the necessary tobacco and drinking water while gambling as above.

The Defendant: (a) leased a guest room from B to make gambling as above at the time and place specified in paragraph (1); (b) provided gambling places; (c) recruited gambling persons, such as Defendant M, C, and D by telephone; and (d) opened gambling places for profit by receiving KRW 100,000,000 and in depth value of KRW 470,000,000,000.

4. Defendant B, as the proprietor of the above “Kel”, assisted and aided the opening of gambling places by lending the Moel room equipped with gambling tables, chairs, etc. to A in order for A to open gambling places as above at the time and place specified in paragraph (1).
