1. The Defendant is based on the annual rate of 15% from October 8, 2015 to the full payment rate of 30,000,000 won to the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as shown in attached Form of claims;
(However, ‘creditor' is considered as ‘Plaintiff', and ‘debtor' as ‘Defendant'). 2. Judgment by service by public notice (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
3. The interest rate after October 1, 2015, pursuant to the amended provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings, Etc., amended on September 25, 2015, shall apply 15% per annum.
