Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for ten months.
However, from the date of the conclusion of the judgment, each of the above two years against the Defendants.
Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A, Defendant B, Defendant C, and Defendant D are marriedly married couple, and the above Defendants and Defendant E are China who entered Jeju-do without a visa around November 16, 2013, respectively.
Defendant
F and Defendant G are China who entered Jeju-do without a visa around March 15, 2014, as the husband and wife's land.
1. No defendant A, B, or E shall enter Jeju-do without a visa and move to another area within the territory of the Republic of Korea without obtaining the permission of the Minister of Justice for extension of sojourn area;
On November 16, 2013, the Defendants entered the Republic of Korea from each China to Jeju-do without the visa, and all the Defendants did not obtain the permission from the Minister of Justice for the extension of the sojourn area.
On November 17, 2013, at around 03:00, the Defendants embarked on a live fishing vehicle, and arrived at the port of the Western coast on the designated website, and then moved to the GJ’s ginseng farm located in I in the Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do on November 17, 2013, using a passenger car.
Accordingly, the Defendants entered Jeju-do without obtaining permission of extension of sojourn area from the Minister of Justice and moved to other areas within the Republic of Korea.
2. The defendant C or D shall not enter Jeju-do without a visa and move to another area within the territory of the Republic of Korea without obtaining the permission of the Minister of Justice for extension of sojourn area.
On November 16, 2013, the Defendants entered the Republic of Korea from each China to Jeju-do without the visa, and all the Defendants did not obtain the permission from the Minister of Justice for the extension of the sojourn area.
On December 7, 2013, at around 10:00, the Defendants embarked on a passenger car, and arrived at the port of the Western coast on the designated website, and moved to the K ginseng factory on March 20, 2014, when they were working at the designated sub-subsidiary factory by using the same vehicle.
Accordingly, the defendants are in Jeju-do without the permission of the Minister of Justice to extend the sojourn area.
