The Defendant, from December 1, 201 to May 1, 2017, was in charge of accounting duties in the victim C corporation located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu.

1. Occupational embezzlement;

A. From March 24, 2016 to May 2, 2017, the Defendant voluntarily withdrawn KRW 1,057,100 from the victim’s national bank D account at a branch of the National Bank Southern-gu Incheon Nam-gu, Incheon National Bank D’s branch, and consumed it for personal purposes, such as living expenses, etc., in the foregoing manner, from March 24, 2016 to May 2, 2017, the Defendant voluntarily withdrawn KRW 46,187,020 on a total of 38 occasions, as shown in Table 1 of the List of Crimes.

Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the victim's property.

B. On December 8, 2016, the Defendant: (a) transferred KRW 175,950 from the said victim’s corporate bank E account to the Defendant’s Busan Bank FF account using the Internet banking at the office of the said victim; (b) used the Defendant’s personal use, such as living expenses, etc.; and (c) arbitrarily transferred KRW 17,019,639 on 18 occasions in total from December 8, 2016 to April 21, 2017 by the foregoing method, including the transfer of KRW 17,019,639 in total, as shown in Table 2 of the List of Offenses Act, and consumed it for personal use, such as living expenses.

Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the victim's property.

On January 20, 2017, the Defendant committed the crime related to the company bank G account by using the Internet banking at the above victim’s office to transfer KRW 8 million from the victim’s corporate bank G account to the above Busan Bank account at his own discretion, and consumed it for personal purposes such as living expenses.

Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the victim's property.

2. The Defendant in breach of occupational duty is a person who has an occupational duty to use a corporate bank corporation card (H) of a victimized person for a victim.

A. On January 29, 2017, the Defendant committing the crime is in Yeonsu-gu Incheon, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon on January 29, 2017.
