2. The plaintiff Amortem Examination Board, Bmortem Examination Board, Cmortem Examination Board, etc.

A. The defendant is an organization that is incorporated into the Gu E-Inspection Association under the Korea Amateur and the Gu Gmpic Association under the Korea Ampic Association, and the Korea Ampic Association under the Korea Ampic Association, Bmpic Association, and Cmpic Association under the Korea Ampic Association.

B. On December 7, 2015, and December 8, 2015, the former E-Inspection Association and the former G Inspection Association integrated into the Korea Sports Council and the Korea Sports Association, thereby promoting their integration. On December 7, 2015 and December 8, 2015, the former E-Inspection Association sent to the Plaintiff D Inspection Association and the remainder of the E-Inspection Association except I, J, and K (all members organizations of both the former E-Inspection Association and the Gu G Inspection Association) a mail.

C. On December 26, 2015, the former Em-Do Council and the former G Federation held a regular general meeting (hereinafter “instant integrated general meeting”) on December 26, 2015. At the above 12 representatives who hold a concurrent office as representatives of each of the above two organizations were present, and at the above general meeting, “former Em-Do Council and the Gu G Union are dissolved,” respectively, and the members’ organization is incorporated into the defendant, and the Plaintiff Dmdo Council and K, and the Jmdo Council (hereinafter “L”) shall not cancel the registration of its members’ organization, and shall not be appointed as executives until December 31, 2018; L shall be expelled from the member organization registered with the Association; the pertinent organization at the time of expulsion prohibited officers from taking office until December 31, 2018; and delegated the establishment of the integrated Defendant executives to the president (hereinafter “instant general meeting resolution”).

On July 2, 2016, the Defendant holds a general meeting of representatives on July 2, 2016; on July 16, 2016, the Defendant set the president as the election day; and M, N, andO as election management members; and on July 2, 201, the Defendant passed a resolution appointing M, N, andO.
