(1) In the first oral argument, the Plaintiff’s purport of the claim is changed to “The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 32.5 million with interest of KRW 15% per annum from the day following the day on which a copy of the complaint of this case is served to the day of complete payment” (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
