Reasons

1. The description of the grounds for the claim is as shown in attached Form 2;

(2) On May 21, 2020, the Plaintiff reduced the amount of the overdue rent, etc. against the Defendant from KRW 1,546,570 to KRW 546,570, instead of deducting the overdue rent, etc. equivalent to the same amount as the lease deposit from the date of first pleading on May 21, 2020.
