However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

At around 17:30 on February 5, 2015, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s restaurant business more than eight times in total, including interference with the victim’s restaurant business by force, on eight occasions, as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached list of crimes, by preventing customers from entering the above restaurant, who had drinking in the above restaurant without any reason, from entering the restaurant, by avoiding disturbance, such as making drinking in the restaurant, to E, a guest who had drinking in the above restaurant, without any reason, while under the influence of alcohol.
