1. The Defendant’s KRW 4,542,220 as well as the annual rate of KRW 5% from April 1, 2016 to June 21, 2017 to the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. Evidence 【Evidence】1, A2, 1-1 through 4, 2-1 through 5, 3-1 through 5, 4-1 through 5, 5-1 through 5, 6-1 through 5, 7-1 through 4, 8-1 through 5, 8-5, 9-1 through 5, 10-1 through 3, 11-1 through 4, 12, 13-1, 2, 14, and 14;

A. The Plaintiff is a stock company established for the purpose of building management business.

B. On May 1, 2014, the Plaintiff and the Defendant entered into a building management contract with the term “C” (the management area of KRW 3,159.6 square meters, and KRW 956), which provides that “C” (the management area of KRW 3,159.6 square meters, and KRW 956) per average service payment (the date designated by the Plaintiff is separate from value-added tax and actual expenses), the service period of KRW 1,946 (the date designated by the Plaintiff), and the service period of the above building is two years, and there is no written notification on the termination of the contract or the renewal of the contract one month before the expiration of the contract, and the contract is extended to the same content (Article 6), and the Defendant may separately pay and cancel the management expenses equivalent to the total management area of KRW 1,159.6 square meters and KRW 956). The Plaintiff and the Defendant entered into an agreement with the Plaintiff and the Defendant around 2015 due to increase in personnel expenses (Article 112).2)

3) The Plaintiff’s service payment for March 2016 to C is KRW 2,513,040. C. On June 1, 2015, the Plaintiff and the Defendant concluded a building management contract between the Plaintiff and the Defendant with respect to the “E” building located in the Defendant and Pyeongtaek-siF (E-Management Area 3,851.6 square meters, 1,165 square meters, and 3,227 won (value added tax, and payment on the date designated by the Plaintiff) per each service cost, and the service period is one year, and the Defendant or sectional owner expired.
