If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

1. On February 8, 2015, the Defendant, at around 03:30 on February 8, 2015, driven a vehicle E-A-A-7 vehicle without a driver’s license from approximately 600 meters section to the intersection where there is no front signal, etc. from the D’s pharmacy located in the same Gu C from the front side of the 1,00-dong forest apartment road in Busan-dong, Busan-dong, to the intersection without a driver’s license.

2. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person engaging in driving a vehicle EA7 vehicle.

On the date and time set forth in the above Paragraph 1, the Defendant driven the said car without a car driver's license, and led to the intersection of the front distance of the D Pharmacy in Busan-gu, Busan-gu, to go through the balone page of the written market.

At the time, there was a duty of care to check and proceed through the vehicle by reducing the speed or temporarily stopping the vehicle to a person engaged in driving the vehicle in such a case.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered, by negligence in the above business, the injury of the victim G (the 20-year old-age) who was on the part of the victim G (the 20-year-old age-old) who was on the part of the victim F, about 12 weeks of the need for medical treatment, such as the mouth and closure of the body body.
