1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 54,921,590 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from July 22, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

Comprehensively taking account of the purport of the entire arguments as to Gap evidence Nos. 1 and 2, the plaintiff is obligated to provide the defendant with iron plates equivalent to KRW 1,097,320,502 in total until May 2016 and to pay KRW 54,921,590 out of the price of the goods. Thus, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from July 22, 2016 to the day following the delivery date of the original copy of the instant payment order, as requested by the plaintiff.
