1. The defendant shall pay 162,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 24% per annum from January 1, 2012 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. On June 1, 201, the Plaintiff indicated the claim and lent KRW 162,00,000 to the Defendant at an annual interest rate of 24%, and the due date of repayment on November 30, 201. As the Defendant paid only interest to the Plaintiff up to December 31, 201, the Plaintiff is entitled to the payment of damages for delay calculated at the rate of 24% per annum from January 1, 2012 to the date of full payment, which is the day following the date of calculating the interest.
