1. The Plaintiff:
A. Defendant A is jointly and severally with Defendant B to KRW 41,278,086 and as to this, from November 26, 2004 to Nov. 26, 2007.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Claim against Defendant 1: Judgment on deemed confession (Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act).
3. Claim against Defendant 2: Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
4. The portion that exceeds the statutory interest rate under the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings is rejected due to the change of 15% per annum from October 1, 2015 to 15% per annum.
