However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. Defluence;

A. At around 23:00 on August 17, 2014, the Defendant publicly insulting the victim F, a police officer belonging to the Gyeongginam Police Station E zone E zone in the Gyeongginam Police Station, etc., who was arrested as a flagrant offender due to intimidation by his/her employees D on the street in front of “C Kinging practice room” located in Namyang-si, Namyang-si, Inc., and sexually insulting the victim by openly insulting the victim by referring to the victim F, who is a police officer belonging to the said Kinging practice station E zone, and the victim’s Dong police officer G, etc., on several occasions.

B. On August 17, 2014, from around 23:10 to 23:40, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim by taking a bath over about 30 minutes, such as: (a) the Defendant arrested a flagrant offender, such as the foregoing paragraph (a) at the Gyeongginam Police Station E District located in the Namyang-si, Namyang-si; (b) and (c) the police officer I working in his country with a large voice from around seven members of the said D and police officers, who listened to the foregoing paragraph (a) and are working in the same manner.

2. 상해 및 공무집행방해 피고인은 2014. 8. 17. 23:20경 위 경기남양주경찰서 E지구대에서, C노래연습장 종업원 D을 협박한 사실로 현행범인 체포되어 온 후 위 사건을 조사 중인 위 E지구대 소속 경찰관인 피해자 F 등에게 “씹할 좇같네, 내가 뭘 잘못했어” 등으로 욕설을 하다가 피해자가 자리에 앉을 것을 요구하자 손바닥으로 위 F의 뒷머리 부위를 1회 때리고 손톱으로 왼쪽 팔 부위를 할퀴어 피해자에게 약 2주간의 치료를 요하는 후경부 좌상 및 염좌 등을 가함과 동시에 경찰관인 피해자의 범죄수사에 관한 정당한 직무집행을 방해하였다.
