A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
around 2010, the Defendant, at around three years, served in the C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “victim Co., Ltd.”), an electric cable distributor located in Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, and was withdrawn from his office for about three years, and had been instructed to demand the Defendant’s debt and living conditions from the surrounding areas, used the security and internal conditions of the Victim Co., Ltd., and stolen electric cables, etc. stored in the storage of the Victim Co., Ltd. and used them for living expenses, etc.
1. At around 20:00 on May 23, 2014, the thief: (a) in the “E apartment parking lot” parking lot that is an employee of the victim company located in Da, Chungcheongnam-nam City (hereinafter referred to as the “E apartment”), the Defendant: (b) opened a door that was not corrected in the victim company’s spawn vehicle parked in the front place; and (c) cut off the unmanned guard laps and the warehouse heat, and stolen them.
2. Around 22:00 on May 26, 2014, the Defendant: (a) cancelled the unmanned guard system (ADT closure) at the entrance of the victim company located in the ASEAN-si, Chungcheongnam-do; and (b) opened the entrance door due to the warehouse heat; (c) in order to have his/her inner intrusion, he/she failed to change the gate from the victim company; and (d) failed to perform the intended purpose by changing the gate from the victim company.
3. Intrusion upon a structure, theft;

On June 1, 2014, at the entrance of the victim company’s warehouse as described in paragraph (2) around 06:0, the Defendant revoked the unmanned guard system by means of the unmanned guard, which was stolen in advance, and then opened the warehouse entrance and intruded inside by cutting the storage heat of the victim company parked therein.
B. The Defendant intruded into a warehouse as above, and loaded four electric wires with a total of 2 million won in the market price, which is the victim company owned by the Defendant, and stolen them.
