On June 14, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for one year at the Busan District Court, which was sentenced to a suspended sentence of three years on September 27, 2012.

On July 2, 2011, the Defendant committed the crime of July 2, 2011: (a) around 03:30 on July 2, 201, on the ground that the victim D (the age of 28) who is a customer was not paid a part of the alcohol value in the “Cnonoman Bank” located in Busan Seo-gu B, Busan, the victim’s face was taken two occasions of drinking, and the victim’s face cannot be identified.

On July 4, 2011, the Defendant: (a) around 08:00 on July 4, 201, the Defendant: (b) demanded the victim G (year 31) who is suffering from disturbance to engage in daily fighting and physical fighting; (c) on July 4, 201, the Defendant: (d) demanded the victim G (year 31) who is suffering from disturbance to engage in emotional distress; (d) on the one hand, the victim G face at a three-time time, at which the number of treatment days cannot be known to the victim G; and (e) on the other hand, in which case the victim G’s face at a three-time time, at which the victim’s face cannot be identified

In addition, the Defendant continued to speak of the victim H(32 years of age)’s face, i.e., the victim H (32 years of age), was bleeped twice, and suffered injury to the victim H, i.e., the victim H for approximately 21 days of medical treatment.
