Reasons

1. Around 14:20 on October 18, 2019, the Defendant, at Seo-gu Daejeon, assaulted the victim’s head one time with a rectangular body (Garo 22.8cm, 9.7cm in length, 9.7cm in height, 9cm in height, 9cm in height) in the shape of a brick-shaped saw that he did not in the victim’s speech while drinking alcohol together with the victim C (58 years of age).
