2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

A. The Plaintiff entered the Dong National University in March 2015 and thereafter did not reach the second year. On December 1, 2016, the Plaintiff was notified of the Defendant’s passing of transfer to the Dong National University on February 10, 2017, and the Plaintiff retired from the Dong National University on February 22, 2017, and entered the Dong National University on March 2, 2017.

B. On the other hand, the Defendant’s revocation of transfer admission is subject to the condition of acquiring a total of 60 credits for the two-year course of study. However, the Defendant acquired a total of 18 credits in the first semester in 2015, 17 credits in the second semester in 2015, and 17 credits in the second semester in 2016, and 2016 in the second semester in the second semester in Canadian. The Defendant disposed of the Plaintiff’s transfer admission on the ground that the Plaintiff’s transfer admission was revoked on May 28, 2017 (i.e., the Plaintiff’s transfer admission) by taking a total of 12 credits in the 12-year college located in Canada, and (ii) obtained a total of 6 credits from the 12-year college.

(1) Standard credits for graduation: Minimum number of credits necessary for graduation under school regulations of the university or college to which they currently belong. (2) Matters concerning the passing of the total number of credits obtained by at least one university or college to which they have attended, and matters concerning the revocation of the entry.

1. He/she shall revoke his/her passing or admission even after he/she enters the following cases:

If the eligibility for application for recruitment is not satisfied, the completion, graduation and prospective acquisitor shall not be later than March 2017.
