However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. In October 2012, the Defendant changed official document: (a) it was difficult for the Defendant to continuously carry the sign “motor” for each type of license on the left upper part of the driver’s license (C) issued by the Commissioner of the Seoul Police Agency, which was in possession of the Defendant under 203, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu Budio 203, Seocheon-gu, 201.

B. Around 19:20 on April 19, 2013, the Defendant presented to the said I a driver’s license, which was an official document altered under the foregoing paragraph (1), while setting a siren of J 5 vehicles from H operating staff I in Bupyeong-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seoul, and exercised it.

3. Violation of the Road Traffic Act;

A. On April 18, 2013, from around 11:00 on April 18, 2013 to 13:59 on the following day, the Defendant driven the F K-5 car volume that the Defendant sirend from the day zone in Seocheon-si without the driver’s license.
