[Criminal Power] On September 14, 2010, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 3 million as a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act in Ansan District Court's Ansan Branch on September 14, 2010.

【Criminal Facts】

Although the Defendant had been punished for drunk driving as above, on June 19, 2020, at around 23:15, the Defendant driven an E rocketing car with approximately 500 meters alcohol concentration 0.165% under the influence of alcohol in the section of about 500 meters from Kimpo-si to D Apartment-si roads.

Accordingly, the defendant violated Article 44 (1) of the Road Traffic Act not less than twice.
