1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 257,493,621 and the interest rate thereon from December 11, 2014 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. The indication “creditor” as “Plaintiff” and “debtor” as “Defendant” are as shown in the reasons for the claim, except for a change to “Defendant”.

2. Each entry and the purport of the whole pleadings as to the evidence set forth in subparagraphs A1 through 4 of the ground for recognition (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
