1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 48,978,853 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from January 30, 2018 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. Indication of claim: The Plaintiff is working for the Defendant Company from November 1, 2004 to January 15, 2018.

However, it was not paid 48,978,853 won in total as wages and retirement allowances.

The defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 48,978,853 won, such as the above unpaid wages, and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from January 30, 2018 to the date of full payment under the Labor Standards Act from January 30, 2018.
