On December 12, 2015, the Defendant driving the above cargo at a distance of about 10km from the Maradong-dong Bridge to the front of the same dong-dong oil station without obtaining a driver's license at around 05:20 on December 12, 2015.
On July 3, 2016, at around 07:10, the Defendant driven a DNA cargo vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.073% without obtaining a driver’s license in the section of about 4km from the front of the 733-ro, 123-ro, e.g., Nakdongnam-dong, 123-ro, e.g., the front of the 4km-dong, Busan, to the front of the Dondo-ro, 123-ro, e.g., the river.
