On June 3, 2014, the Defendant called on the phone number of 114 telephone numbers from the French area of Busan (E) around 16:58, and sought D's numbers operated by the victim.

However, in fact, the Defendant did not have any intention to find the leased company, and merely took the D's 114 preferential guidance service order, and received D's number guidance for the purpose of getting the Defendant's 114 preferential guidance service order operated by the Defendant.

Defendant 1, as seen above, led to the exhaustion of D’s 114 preferential guidance service order operated by the injured party by inserting a single-person’s “low-water call” and the same year starting around that time.
