1. On December 19, 2017, the criminal defendant against the victim B made a false statement to the victim “D” at a cafeteria of “D” in a permanent residence city of permanent residence C, stating, “If the victim purchases a non-business truck license plate during a non-business season and sells it to pay profits by selling it in a sexual water season, 10% of the investment amount will be paid as profits.”

However, the defendant did not carry out the business related to the sale and purchase of the truck license plate, and there was no intention or ability to pay profits even if he receives money from the victim because he thought that he would use the money as debt repayment and living expenses.

Ultimately, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received KRW 1,50,000 from the victim to the E-Union account under the name of the Defendant on the same day, and acquired the victim by transfer, from then on October 22, 2018, a total of KRW 6,530,000 through eight times, such as the list of crimes (1) as shown in the attached Table of Crimes (1).

2. On February 2018, the Defendant’s fraud against the Victim F, at the main point of the trade name “H” located in G while permanently residing in the early police officer, the Defendant made a false statement to the Victim F, “I would like to purchase the cargo vehicle license plate at a container and then make profits equivalent to KRW 6 million from the 5 million per unit of the number plate at the end of 3 months to 6 months. At this time, there has been one set of 23 million won number plate at the end of 23 million won, and then I would like to make an investment of KRW 13 million and divide profits from investment of KRW 10 million.”

However, the defendant did not carry out the business related to the sale and purchase of the truck license plate, and there was no intention or ability to pay profits even if he receives money from the victim because he thought that he would use the money as debt repayment and living expenses.

Ultimately, the Defendant deceivings the victim as above, and is affiliated with E in the name of the Defendant around February 7, 2018 from the victim.
