1. The defendant shall pay 160,000,000 won to the plaintiff and 5% per annum from June 24, 2005 to February 17, 2006.

Reasons

1. On February 17, 2006, the Plaintiff indicated the claim was affirmed as of February 10, 2007 by winning a favorable judgment against the Defendant in the Suwon District Court case of damages claim 2005Gahap2780, which became final and conclusive as of February 10, 2007. However, in order to interrupt the extinctive prescription period as to the claim with respect to the principal and interest of the judgment, the Plaintiff re-appellanted by public notice (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act)
