[criminal history] On October 17, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for the purpose of larceny of a night structure at the Busan District Court; on October 31, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to two months by imprisonment with prison labor at the Incheon District Court for fraud; on November 8, 2014, the sentence of the suspended sentence became effective upon the final judgment; on December 12, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months by imprisonment with prison labor at the Incheon District Court for the purpose of larceny of intrusion upon residence at night; and on November 9, 2015, the execution of the final sentence was completed.

[Criminal facts]

1. On March 7, 2016, the Defendant violated a residence and stolen on March 7, 2016, when entering the residence of the victim D, who was not corrected at around 10:30 on March 7, 2016, by opening a bend window and exposing it into a plan to which the victim D had not been corrected at the residence of the victim D, and then entering the 1,000 franchis and approximately 50,000 franchis, which were owned by the victim, into the franchis and kept it as is.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence and stolen the victim's property.

2. On March 9, 2016, the Defendant invaded upon a residence and larceny around 14:55 on March 9, 2016, 2016: (a) went through a private bridge in and around the vicinity of the victim F and G residence when the toilets were opened, and then intrudes into the above toilet door, and then intrudes into the victim G with a view to 2.70,000 won at the market price of the victim G; (b) two 1.8 K K K gold-ros equivalent to 400,000 won in total of the market price; and (c) one 1.8 K K gold-ros equivalent to 180,000 won in the market price; and (d) two 117,500 won in and over the market price of two 40,000 won in and over the half of the market price; and (d) one 1.5 million won in and over the price of the instant toilet.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victims' residence and stolen the victims' property.
