There are three-distance crossings where a vehicle signal apparatus is installed, and there are crosswalks where a pedestrian signal apparatus is installed immediately before entering the intersection, so in such a case, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to stop his/her motor vehicle according to the stop signals of the vehicle signal apparatus and not obstruct the pedestrian signal.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and proceeded as it was due to occupational negligence, and at the time, received the left-hand bridge part of the victim C (65 years) (the left-hand bridge of the victim C (65 years) which was a left-hand side from the right-hand side of the crosswalk pursuant to the pedestrian signals at the time.
