1. No person shall submit to the Government a false list of total tax invoices by seller and by seller under the Income Tax Act and the Corporate Tax Act without having been supplied or supplied with goods or services in violation of the Punishment of Tax Evaders Act;

On January 25, 2012, the Defendant submitted a list of total tax invoices for the second quarter of 2011, the Defendant submitted a false list of total tax invoices for the total amount of KRW 2,954,50,000 from three companies, such as the list of crimes (processing Statements) in the attached Form, as if he/she was supplied goods or services equivalent to KRW 1,072,875,00,000, without being supplied goods or services from the Yeongdeungpo-gu, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul.

2. Act of making a transaction by credit cards or having another person do so on behalf of others, in excess of the actual amount of sales of goods or provision of services, etc. in violation of the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act;

From October 13, 2010 to September 2, 2011, the Defendant, as if he sold rice equivalent to KRW 5,184,008,130 to the representative director G (H) of F Co., Ltd., the Defendant traded by credit cards as if he/she had sold rice equivalent to KRW 5,184,008,130 from October 13, 201 to September 2, 201, as shown in the List of Crimes (Detailed Credit Card Transaction). The Defendant pretended that he/she sold rice equivalent to KRW 5,303,873,530 from October 7, 201 to September 2, 2011.
