However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

The Defendant forged public document: (a) was suspended from entering and leaving a casino in Gangwon Islands, making it impossible to enter the casino with his/her identification card; (b) requested the Defendant to issue his/her photograph with the e-mail address known by the Internet search on February 25, 2013, with his/her photograph affixed to him/her; and (c) received a forged resident registration certificate from an unqualified person.

Accordingly, the defendant has forged one resident registration certificate B in the name of the Gyeonggi-do, an official document, for the purpose of exercising it to another person.

2. On March 21, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 16:20 on March 21, 2013, at the entrance search stand for the casino entrance of the Gangseo-gu, Seowon-gun, Seowon-gun, Seowon-gun, the Defendant presented and exercised his/her resident registration certificate of B, which was named in the name of the Gyeonggi-do Ansan market, as the Defendant’s resident registration certificate, to verify the identity of casino visitors.
